The hospital in Vava'u is that of a developing country and is is not as well equipped as a hospital in overseas. Any treatment/consultation has to be paid in cash.

Dr. Alfredo Carafa, who operated the Italian Clinic, passed away on September, 3rd, 2007.

Pharmacy
Opposite the Ministry of Tourism (formerly the Tongan Visitors Bureau) we now have a small well equipped pharmacy.

Vet
Unfortunately we have no longer a vet here..
